Company Policy

All our work is fully guaranteed . We ask that our customers  plan ahead and give us adequate time to prepare their trophy orders. If logo and text is to be added to the trophy we need a typed/or printed sheet sent to us showing exactly what is to be etched on each trophy. Camera ready art work of logo's is a big time saver. We will then create art work and text  in line art so that our customer can see exactly what each trophy will look like. Then we will fax it to our customer for them to proof read, make changes if necessary and then return to us with their signed approval. Only when we receive a signed approval back from our customer can  we begin making the trophies.

All prices are FOB Melrose, Florida . Shipping and packing will be charged to customer at our actual cost. Shipping is usually thru UPS.

Over the years we have learned thru trial and mostly error how to package and ship glass without damage. Occasionally we do have broken or damaged items so open all boxes as soon as possible and inspect each item.  Damaged shipments must be phoned into us as soon as possible and the merchandise and shipping container must be kept for inspection by carrier.

Unless prior arrangements are made payment must be made in full prior to shipping orders.
